Brief description

Description
Everyone knows the ever-growing stalactites and stalagmites: Who really knows which grow upwards and which hang down from above? (Answer: The stalagmites grow upwards, the stalactites hang down.) These sinter formations and other bizarre dripstone formations can be admired in the Ötscher dripstone cave near Gaming. Several years ago, iron artist Joe Wahler designed an impressive metal structure. Today, this adventure climbing facility leads over the wild romantic Rosskogel ravine up to the 575-meter-long show cave. Visitors enter a world of eternal night. Impressive rock formations bear names such as High Dome, Hall of the Fiery Tongues, or Magic Corridor.
