Types and Sources of Data

What types of data are processed? From which sources are these data obtained?

We process those personal data that we receive from you in the course of a business relationship or that you provide to us based on your consent. This includes, among other things, newsletter subscriptions, booking inquiries, participation in competitions, registration in the event or POI database (user), and contact inquiries.

The personal data include:

• Private individuals: name, address, contact details (email, telephone), country
• Employees of organizations and partner companies: in the context of business-to-business relationships, the company or organization is also collected and stored in addition to the data mentioned above.

In individual cases, the following may also be considered personal data:

• Image data in connection with competitions
• Data arising from the fulfillment of our contractual obligations
• Data related to the fulfillment of pre-contractual measures
