Processing of Voucher Orders

To process voucher orders, our data processor ecoplus Alpin GmbH uses the system provided by INCERT eTourismus GmbH & Co KG (Leonfeldner Strasse 328, A-4040 Linz) as a sub-processor. This system enables the automated sale of vouchers via “print@home” and allows for the individual personalization of vouchers with barcodes.

The following information is required to process orders: salutation, first and last name, address, email address, and in some cases, telephone number.

Data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations or pre-contractual measures based on the legal grounds of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (voucher orders) and Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (statutory retention obligations for accounting records).

The use of the corresponding software is based on the legal ground of our legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a fast and location-independent way for you to obtain vouchers.

You are not obliged to provide your personal data. However, if you choose not to provide it, your voucher order via our website cannot be processed.

Our data processor, ecoplus Alpin GmbH, has concluded a corresponding data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with INCERT eTourismus GmbH & Co KG, ensuring that your data is processed exclusively within the scope of our instructions.
