To issue free teacher tickets, an authorization form from the WKO Cable Cars Association is required.

For the transport of children on chairlifts, the following applies:

  1. Children with a height under 1.10 m must be carried either on the lap of a suitable person or on a seat directly next to them. The suitable person may only accompany one such child.
  2. Children with a height between 1.10 m and 1.25 m may ride alone on a chair only if at least one other seat on the same chair is occupied by a suitable person. If there is only one suitable person, they may not occupy an outer seat.
  3. A person is considered suitable if, apart from ski poles, they hold nothing in their hands, appear able to provide necessary assistance (e.g., opening and closing the safety bar), and are considered an adult according to the fare regulations.
  4. Children with a height over 1.25 m are transported as adults.
  5. Transporting a child on the lap of an accompanying person is permitted regardless of the child's height, provided the space and weight conditions allow it.
